Why?

Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing. • Information submitted in connection with an application, onboarding, verification, or compliance review;
• Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number and income, where applicable and permitted by law; and
• Other information we collect as necessary to provide our services, support your account, comply with legal obligations, or protect against fraud and unauthorized activity.

When you are no longer our customer, we may continue to share your information as described in this notice, as permitted by law.
